One of the key focuses in iPadOS 14 is the Apple Pencil. Apple has made a variety of enhancements to iPad to improve the integration between iPad and Apple Pencil, perhaps most notably of which is a new Scribble feature. One thing I’ve noticed during my time with the iPadOS 14 is how much more enjoyable these features are in conjunction with a matte display.
Furthermore, Apple recently debuted a 27-inch iMac with the nano-texture matte display option from the Pro Display XDR, which could suggest Apple has plans to bring the matte finish to additional products.
