That’s the expressed policy, and there’s nothing wrong with it. The problem is that the President wants to shortcut his own policy by abandoning its commitment to sound public health practices and seeking some miracle that will provide gain with no pain. Worse, he is encouraging his supporters to ”liberate” themselves from his own policy by abandoning social distancing without a sound alternative.
