You are telling a pulmonologist, a physician who specializes in respiratory diseases just like COVID-19, that he is at least disqualified (if not unqualified) to express a valid opinion on a subject squarely within his professional training and experience. You base this on the theory that Tiger’s personal experience makes him biased, and therefore <em>LESS</em> qualified to offer an opinion than somebody who lacks his expertise.
