Along with announcing a new approach to customer service and some perks like a free year of Pandora Plus for customers yesterday, T-Mobile is offering a new free 30-day trial program to attract new customers. Although there are a few caveats, the trial doesn’t require customers to switch carriers or numbers and is totally free.
