Secret Notes: Apple replaces General Counsel

Donald Rosenberg, Apple's General Counsel that joined the company less than a year ago after a career at IBM, is leaving the company and will be replaced by Daniel Cooperman, Oracle's General Counsel, Apple said in a statement released Thursday.
