Apple researching device waterproofing via vapor deposition, silicone seals

A U.S. patent application published on Thursday reveals Apple is actively researching ways to make its products more resistant to moisture, suggesting future iPhones, iPads and Apple Watch products could be more resistant to exposure to moisture.
