News: Apple ‘scrambling’ to meet FTC deadline on in-app purchases

Apple is reportedly “scrambling” to make changes to the App Store in order to meet a March 31 deadline set by the Federal Trade Commission for changing how the company charges for in-app purchases, according to ZDNet.
