ITC determines older Apple iPhones and iPads infringe Samsung patents, suggests US import ban

The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday banned U.S. import of older iPhone and iPad models after the body determined Apple infringed on certain standard essential 3G wireless patents owned by Samsung.
