Apple wins 'iBooks' trademark case leveled by book publisher in 2011

A U.S. district court judge on Wednesday handed down a summary pro-Apple judgement in a case involving the "iBooks" trademark, finding the plaintiff, book publisher Black Tower Press, does not own the rights to the moniker.
