iHealth Lab currently offers two separate blood pressure accessories: Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor ($100) is one of them. The plastic device is attached to a fabric strap that fits around your bicep, securing with Velcro. It then communicates to you device over Bluetooth, using the the free iHealth app. The company includes a soft neoprene travel sleeve and Mini-USB charging cable with the monitor.
