iHealth Lab currently offers two separate blood pressure accessories: Wireless Blood Pressure Wrist Monitor ($80) is one of them. The plastic device is attached to a fabric strap that fits around your wrist, securing with Velcro. It then communicates to you device over Bluetooth, using the the free iHealth app. The company includes a hard plastic carrying box and Mini-USB charging cable with the monitor.
