IDC: PC shipments see steepest quarterly decline ever, Apple drops 7.5%

Estimates from market analysis firm IDC released on Wednesday show the overall PC market declined 18.9 percent year-over-year in the first quarter of 2013, the worst single-quarter slip on record.
