Barnes and Noble e-publishing subsidiary Nook Media today announced the launch of NOOK Press, a new self-publishing platform offering authors a fast and free way to write, edit, collaborate, and offer eBooks to millions of avid readers. The new platform replaces the previous PubIt! platform after two and a half years of service.
