Apple secured another victory in its worldwide patent struggle with rival Samsung today, with a Dutch court handing Apple a sales ban on Samsung's Galaxy products due to a patent covering a way to navigate images using a touchscreen. Under the ruling, Galaxy products running Android 2.2.1 or higher and not using Samsung's own proprietary photo gallery software will be subject to a sales ban. This is the second case Samsung has lost in the Netherlands over the same patent in two years.
