The Growl Project's hardware status notification system has been rewritten from scratch and includes options to turn individual features on/off, an option to ignore drives by name, support for IPv6, support for USB Ethernet adapters, keypress notifications (Caps Lock, Num Lock, FN, Shift), and additional power monitor triggers.
