People are continuing to experience problems trying to redeem Mountain Lion upgrade codes, according tothreads on Apple's support forums. The company today had to reissue codes to people who applied for the Up-to-Date program on Monday, before the program was meant to be launched. Even some new registrants are having problems however, receiving Mac App Store messages telling them that their codes have already been used.
