Marvel has introduced a new comic app at SXSW called Marvel AR due for release in April. The new iOS and Android app is the second of its new two-pronged approach it calls the ëMarvel ReEvolution,í which is aimed at developing the comic segment in the digital age. The other component completing its revamped comic strategy is a new free-digital copy with every hard-copy comic purchase ($4.00 or higher) introduced late last week.
