Apple CEO Tim Cook admitted during yesterdayís Q4 conference call that it ìDidnít bet high enoughî on the overwhelming Chinese appetite for its flagship iPhone 4S. According to Bloomberg, Cook said that Apple though that it had been ìbetting bold,î but the reality was that it ìdidnít bet high enough.î Without revealing specific numbers for Q4, Cook said during the call that demand for the iPhone 4S was ìoff the charts.î
