Sunnyvale, California is emerging as another hot spot for technology companies, sparking a building boom as tech firms like Google, Yahoo, AMD and more recently Apple have expanded beyond their original headquarters and need space to house their thousands of employees. A tip from real estate agents to AppleInsider has revealed that Apple will be leasing a four-building complex known as the Sunnyvale Research Center near its Cupertino headquarters.
