iPad customer satisfaction is (surprise!) quite high

Imagine my shock (not)! A new Software Usability Research Laboratory (SURL) study reported on The Loop shows that the iPad is keeping customers happy, with 83.65 percent of respondents saying that they were satisfied with the device. SURL asked respondents to rate the user-friendliness of the iPad, and 62 percent rated the iPad as "excellent," 21 percent said it was "good," and 10 percent said it was the "best imaginable".
