Apple got a brief break in Australia on Friday after the a Sydney High Court delayed the reversal of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 ban by a week. Due to be overturned in just hours, at 4PM local time, the ban on Samsung's tablet was extended until December 9 to let the court decide on Apple's request for a special leave to overturn the reversal. Samsung planned to contest the appeal so it could bring the device on sale for the first time since September.
