Ignis Innovations has announced that it has developed the technology for a high density, high-resolution AMOLED display. It reaches the ìRetina Displayî benchmark of 300 pixels per inch, and is one of the first to do so with an AMOLED display. Its introduction should usher in the next generation of high-resolution AMOLED displays to the smartphone segment.
