Core Security Tech finds issues with OS X sandbox

Following up on work done by hacker Charlie Miller, security researchersCore Security Technologies has uncovered new vulnerabilities in the way Mac OS X implements "sandboxing," the technique of isolating processes of programs from each other in much the same manner as the way applications are isolated from each other in OS X generally. Miller identified some flaws in 2008 but Apple did not fully implement a complete fix, says the company.
