Samsung's countering lawsuit against Apple in Germany came to a head on Friday after a vital Mannheim hearing set a schedule and leaned against Apple. An account of the hearing from Florian Mueller had two of Samsung's 3G patent claims scheduled for rulings on possible bans for January 20 and 27, respectively. A third patent wasn't part of the hearings and didn't have a firm date.
