Adobe may have dropped Flash for mobile browsers according to ZDNet. The publication claims to have received a leaked transcript of a formal announcement by Adobe that it will no longer develop its Flash player in what amounts to a substantial blow to the Android platform if accurate. One of the key marketing pitches adopted by Android device vendors is that Android offers an advantage of Appleís iOS as its browser supports Adobeís mobile version of its Flash player plug-in.
