Berlin-based Zero1.tv has confirmed that its VooMote Zapper is available for pre-order. The Zapper is a small dongle that plugs into iOS 5 iPhones and turns them into remote controllers (free, App Store). With it, a user can control TVs, home theater components or almost any device that has an IR sensor for remote control.
