Developers trying to test the new iOS 5.0.1 beta have encountered a major setback as developers have reported being unable to properly activate. At least 20 members of Apple's developer forums have been getting errors telling them their devices weren't part of the iPhone Developer program, even when the device has been used for multiple betas in the past, AppleInsider heard. The devices are recoverable and can go back to 5.0 if needed.
