Samsung said Thursday that its Galaxy Note had started shipping. The 5.3-inch phone and tablet crossover is arriving first in Europe and will start off in Germany. Europe's version is the reference version and runs on a dual-core 1.4GHz processor while holding an eight megapixel rear camera, a front two megapixel camera, and 2GB of storage.
