Samsung has issued a statement saying that it will file for a ban on Appleís just announced iPhone 4S in France and Italy as its courtroom battle with Apple continues to escalate. The latest attempt by Samsung to block the sale of Appleís 3G-equipped products uses the same argument as it has previously: Apple is using its Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) standards for 3G without a licensing agreement.
