Apple has officially given the green light to iOS apps and updates to apps built using the beta SDK development tools, which were promoted to Golden Master earlier today. Developers can now submit their updates or new applications that are updated to take advantage of iOS 5 features, such as iMessage, Notification Center, reminders and system-wide Twitter integration. App Store reviewers will have a very short time -- just over a week -- to test and approve (or reject) a flood of application submissions.
