Apple is telling workers that it has finished development of a new remote diagnostic tool, according to HardMac. The system should allow an Apple Specialist to run simple diagnostics for an iOS device without an owner having to bring it in. The key factor is a special URL, which can be sent to a person via email or else entered manually.
