Amazon might not have any truly large tablet on the market until early 2012, market rumors contended on Wednesday. The initial Android slate, identified by the tipsters as seven inches despite talk of a nine-inch model, will reportedly be made from October, but a 10.1-inch follow up wouldn't be available until sometime in the first quarter of next year. Foxconn was tipped by Digitimes as the manufacturer.
