TeamViewer has released an updated version of its self-titled application for the iPhone and iPad. The utility allows users to remotely access their desktop over any Internet connection, including WiFi, 3G or Edge. New to this release is support for transferring files from the mobile device to a computer, or vice versa. In order to perform a file transfer users must first install the accompanying desktop software, and then can select to begin a file transfer setting from the iOS application's home screen.
