Korean lawsuit over iPhone privacy may hit Apple for $25.5m

A class action lawsuit against Apple in Korea over iPhone privacy could cost the company at least $25.5 million if the complaint is successful. Representing attorneys Miraelaw said that they had signed on 27,802 customers who believed that iPhone location tracking had breached their privacy. The lawsuit had yet to go ahead but was expected by mid-August, the Korea Herald said.
