Apple has won the upper hand in its dispute over iPods.com this weekend with a World Intellectual Property Organization ruling granting it control of the domain. WIPO panelist David Cairns has ordered that parking site holder MP3Gold.com give the domain over. Details of the justification weren't available as of Sunday.
