Griffin is introducing its new security cable and clamp, the TechSafe Cable Lock System and the Locking Security Clamp, today. The cable has a security loop on one end for looping a stationary object and uses a hardened steel, scratch-free security blade that anchors to the notebook's hinge, allowing it to secure notebooks without Kensington lock slots, such as the MacBook Air. It uses a 4-digit combination lock and has a five-foot cable length.
