News: Apple ordered to pay Korean iPhone user for location tracking

The Telegraph reports that Apple Korea has been ordered to pay 1 million won ($945 USD) in compensation to a Korean iPhone user for collecting location data without consent. Lawyer Kim Hyong-souk launched a suit against the company following the discovery in April that the iPhone had been quietly storing users’ locations on the device.
