TiVo lived up to earlier clues and on Tuesday posted an iPhone-native version of its iOS app (free, App Store). The now universal app provides the same DVR scheduling, content browsing, and remote control as on the iPad but in a more condensed form that also works on the iPod touch. The only missing feature is support for a flick-to-play gesture that works only on the iPad's larger screen.
