Andrew Auernheimer, one of two hackers blamed for the exposure of email addresses and SIM ICC-ID numbers for 114,000 iPad 3G users in June 2010, has been indicted by a grand jury. Reuters reports that Auernheimer is charged with one count of conspiracy to gain unauthorized access to computers and one count of identity theft.
