Two new patent applications filed by Apple with the US Patent and Trademark Office reveal the company is planning to release styluses to work with its iOS devices. The Stylus for Touch Sensitive Devices filing describes a stylus with a conductive tip that can be heated for a better connection with capacitive sensors in iPhones or iPads. It would also sport a rechargeable battery that can be docked into an iOS device for recharging.
