Nokia in an interview [free reg. required] Monday warned that it might face market share losses in the run-up to its first Windows Phone 7 device but might also attack competitors with patents. Chairman Jorma Ollila explained that the board of directors was aware there would probably be an "expected lower market share" and that it would have to rebuild from that point. Executives were being given incentives to stay, he told the FT, although that excluded his own exit in 2012.
