Chillingo has announced that its popular puzzle game Cut The Rope has become the first iOS title to win a British Academy of Film and Television Arts award. The game was nominated in the Best Handheld Award Category and beat out a number of titles for the Sony PSP and Nintendo DS, including God of War: Ghosts of Sparta, LEGO Harry Potter, Professor Layton and the Lost Future, Sonic Colors, and Super Scribblenauts.
