The first Windows Phone device to come out of Nokia's Microsoft deal has already been spotted on Friday. The full-touch device is superficially an upscale C7 but with a larger touchscreen and WP7's signature three-key layout in touch-sensitive buttons. In keeping with Nokia's tendency to multiple colors, the Engadget renders show bright blue and pink backs in addition to a conservative black.
