HTC's Thunderbolt has faced a last-minute delay that could give the iPhone an unintended edge even as Apple faces a shortage. A memo shows that the 4G Android phone was to have been launched on February 14 but with "no ETA" for the new schedule. The Droid-Life copy noted that the delay was so close that HTC's marketing material was arriving this week.
