Apple late Wednesday sued Nokia again in an attempt to negate recent countering lawsuits. The new London-based complaint hoped to invalidate one of the touchscreen scrolling patents Nokia used to sue Apple in Germany in September. The two companies currently have a total of 37 patents in dispute.
