Apple today surprised iPhone 4 buyers with word from some buyers that they're already receiving their phones. A day earlier than promised, some have either received their deliveries from FedEx or have received notice that theirs are on FedEx trucks for delivery. The early adopters note, however, that their phones won't activate until tomorrow, likely as AT&T hadn't anticipated some orders arriving before Wednesday.
