Update: ATT Revises Upgrade Requirements

ATT relaxed upgrade requirements to permit customers eligible in 2010 for upgrades to buy the iPhone 4G before their full two-year contract is over, if they're willing to commit to a new 2-year contract. Other upgraders pay a $200 premium.
