StarTech has launched a new line of Mini DisplayPort adapters, used for connecting displays to either PC or Mac computers. The first of the three new additions is the Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter, which is designed to connect a VGA monitor or HDTV and offers support for resolutions up to 1920x1200 and a maximum HDTV resolution of 1080p. The Mini DisplayPort to HDMI supports the same resolutions as the previous adapter but carries audio and is especially tailored to home theater Macs.
