There is something to be said for marketing...

…and being on a solid carrier. Flurry's study today compares the first 74 days of iPhone vs. their statistics on the Droid and Nexus One. The iPhone and Droid are both marketed relentlessly and on the nation's biggest carriers.  The Nexus One fills a lot of Adsense ads but beyond that isn't marketed heavily otherwise.  Remember that the iPhone wasn't moving very quickly beyond the early adopters until Apple lowered the price $200.
