Chinese firm engages in pre-emptive iPad clone attack

Why - release a pre-emptive copycat strike, of course - and for that, hats-off to Shenzhen Great Loong Brother Industrial CoDubbed the P88 and on sale in China for nearly six months, the touchscreen iPad look-alike (is like a giant iPhone) and marks a new milestone by Chinese manufacturers: cloning a product before it had even been announced, mused Shanghaiist.com, a Shanghai city blog, and Shanzhai.com, a tech blog dedicated to Chinese copies.Apple’s product came second, prompting an exec at the Chinese firm to say, "We don't understand.
